Level Of Difficulty: Advanced
1. Strand 1 - Cut 35” of cording.
2. Fold cording in half, pass pendant through cording and form a lark’s head knot.
3. Separate strands – Left side – String lapis 10mm, dot rondelle (repeat 7 times), lapis 10mm, (4 lapis 6mm, dot rondelle) repeat 1 time, 4 lapis 6mm, and 7 silver ovals.
4. Repeat step 3 on right side of necklace. Set aside.
5. Strand 2 – Cut 32” of cording.
6. String 7 silver ovals, 3 lapis 4mm, dot rondelle, cut rondelle, dot rondelle, 4 lapis 6mm, dot rondelle, cut rondelle, dot rondelle, lapis 8mm, dot rondelle, (3 lapis 8mm, dot rondelle) repeat 2 times, (lapis 8mm cut rondelle) repeat 1 time, lapis 10mm, (cut rondelle, lapis 8mm) repeat 1 time, (dot rondelle, 3 lapis 8mm) repeat 2 times, dot rondelle, lapis 8mm, dot rondelle, cut rondelle, dot rondelle, 4 lapis 6mm, dot rondelle, cut rondelle, dot rondelle, 3 lapis 4mm, and 7 silver ovals.
7. Connection of necklace – Right side – Bring Strands together, string cut rondelle, dot rondelle, lobster clasp and form 2 overhand knots.
8. Separate strands, move down a tad, form an overhand knot.
9. String 4mm lapis, and form an overhand knot. Trim end and fray. (Repeat on other short strand.)
10. Repeat steps 7-9 on left side of necklace replacing lobster clasp with jump ring.
11. Centerpiece – Cut 12” of cording.
12. String 8mm lapis to center of cording. Bring strands together and pass cording through center loop on the front side.
13. Position bead, bring cords around to the front and form 2 simple knots.
14. Separate strands, move down a tad, form an overhand knot.
15. String 4mm lapis, and form an overhand knot. Trim end and fray. (Repeat on other short strand.)
