Pretty palettes - MAY 2018 reveal

Welcome to May's Pretty Palette reveal!

Get inspired with a Pretty Palette of Bead Gallery® beads from the Halcraft Collection

What an amazing month May has been! To top it off, I was able to get to the Ft. Wayne zoo with my kindergartner (and what felt like every other kindergartener in the state) and see the very animal who inspired this month's Pretty Palette challenge: the peacock! I didn't get a chance to see one with its tail feathers open, but I did see one that was pure white. What an amazing bird!

Welcome to Halcraft Collection's May Pretty Palette reveal! I hope you enjoyed beading with this collection of semiprecious, glass, and metal beads. I try to add a little bit of something for everyone in our challenge each month.

There are just two more days of May to get the May Pretty Palette beads and components for 30% off! It's my treat to you to help keep your beading fun and inspiring, as well as affordable!

Just because you're seeing this now doesn't mean you can't play along, too! There's no deadline for participation. Here's how to join the challenge:

1. Read about the Pretty Palette challenge on the first Wednesday of the month
2. Get your Pretty Palette beads at a discount with quick and easy ordering by clicking the button above or the button at the end of the post.
3. Patiently wait while we get your amazing beads to you as quickly as possible! (Waiting might be the hardest part.)
4. Once you have the beads in hand, create something that is YOU! Feel free to add beads from your stash that flow with the provided palette or use only a portion of the beads chosen here. The key is to have fun and use your creativity!
5. Share an image of your creation on the last Wednesday of the month in our Beaded Jewelry Facebook group or tag Halcraft Collection with #PrettyPalettes and follow us on Instagram! I will be posting my project here on the blog as well as in the group. Visit at the end of the month for free instructions if you want to make what I've made!

Here's what I made this month with our Bead Gallery® Peacock Perfection Pretty Palette. I added one component, this lovely antique gold flower link. I have another project in mind for those I haven't used yet. Check back again to see that!

To add share your creation, visit our Facebook group or pop over to the Halcraft Collection Instagram! Our vibrant community of beaders love to share what they’re working on and encourage and support each others' creativity.

For complete instructions to make your own Peacock Perfection Knotted Necklace, click the images below.

For a fun alternative to a knotted necklace, make a multi-strand wrap bracelet! All you need to do is leave out the pendant and knot away to your heart's content!

Part of what makes the druzy pendant so lovely is that it is reversible! One side has golden mirrored squares, and the other side is encircled by muted gray rhinestones.
