Instructions:

Cowry Tassel Necklace
1. Gently remove jump ring from tassel making sure the loop stays open.
2. Cut 55” of cording.
3. String cord through open loop of tassel.
4. Bring strands together, string silver rice, separate strands, string cowry shell (smooth side) on each strand (repeat 2 times), bring strands together, string silver rice, nugget and form an overhand knot.
5. Separate strands – Right side – 4mm round, oval, 4mm round, silver rice, 4mm round, (rondelle 3x5, rondelle small) repeat 25 times and 50 extra small rondelles.
6. Repeat step 5 on left side of necklace.
7. Bring strands together, string rondelle small, extra small rondelle and form an overhand knot.
8. Separate strands, move down a tad, form an overhand knot, string 4mm round, form an overhand knot. Trim end.
9. Repeat step 8 on other strand.

Cowry Spike Necklace
1. Cut 25” of cording.
2. String lobster clasp at end of cording and form a knot.
3. On short end of cording - move down a tad, form an overhand knot, string 4mm round, form an overhand knot. Trim end.
4. Long end of cord - String (2 rondelles, tubes) repeat 11 times, 2 rondelles, (cowry shell smooth side, 4mm spacer, spike, 4mm spacer) repeat 3 times, (cowry shell open side, 4mm spacer, spike, 4mm spacer) repeat 2 times, cowry shell open side, (2 rondelles, tubes) repeat 11 times and 2 rondelles.
5. String 5mm jump ring and form a simple knot.
6. Move down a tad, form an overhand knot, string 4mm round, form an overhand knot. Trim end.
