Materials:
1 60mm white sunflower wood pendant
1 5mm sapphire transparent fire-polished Czech glass faceted round
2 14x18mm blue & tan lampwork glass ovals
20” 11/0 denim blue AB transparent glass Czech seed beads
20" 6/0 dark blue opaque Chinese E beads
20” 11/0 denim blue transparent Czech glass seed beads
20” 6/0 silver lined blue glass Chinese E beads
20" 11/0 royal blue silver lined Czech glass seed beads
4 4mm gold tone rounds (91908)
15 3mm gold tone rounds (91907)
4 6mm gold Bali-style bumpy rondelles (81600)
3” 20-gauge German style wire (180A-020)
16mm gold tone jump ring
1 gold tone plated lobster clasp
150” .008” frost Wildfire thread (162U-008)

Wire nippers
Chain-nose pliers

Bead bugs
Super glue gel

Level of difficulty: intermediate

Time: 2+ hours

Instructions:

1. Remove the silver bail from the wooden flower pendant.
2. Make a wrapped loop on the 3” German style wire.
3. String a 3mm gold round, a 5mm sapphire fire-polished faceted Czech glass round, and a 3mm gold round.
4. Make a wrapped loop that connects the link to the pendant.
5. Cut 5 30” pieces of Wildfire thread and place all five into a bead bug.
6. Holding all five strands as one, place a bead bug on the end of the strands. String 1 4mm gold round, 1 Bali-style rondelle, 1 blue and tan lampwork oval, 1 Bali-style rondelle, and 1 4mm gold round.
7. Separate the strands. Onto one strand, string 20” of 11/0 denim blue AB transparent glass Czech seed beads. Place another bead bug on this end of the strand to hold beads in place.
8. Onto the second strand, string 20” 11/0 royal blue silver lined Czech glass seed beads and place the strand into the bead bug.
9. Onto the third strand, string 20” 11/0 denim blue AB transparent Czech glass seed beads and place the strand into the bead bug.
10. Onto the fourth strand, string 20” of 6/0 silver lined blue glass Chinese E beads and 7 3mm gold rounds mixed in randomly. Place the strand into the bead bug.
11. Onto the fifth strand, string 20” dark blue opaque Chinese E beads and 6 3mm gold rounds mixed in randomly. Place the strand into the bead bug.
12. Holding all five strands as one, the strands. String 1 4mm gold round, 1 Bali-style rondelle, 1 blue and tan lampwork oval, 1 Bali-style rondelle, and 1 4mm gold round.
13. Remove the bead bug. Pass all strands through the loop of the lobster clasp and back though the gold round. Make a surgeon’s knot and place a drop of glue on the knot. Trim ends.
14. Remove the bead bug. Pass all strands through the jump ring and back though the gold round. Make a surgeon’s knot and place a drop of glue on the knot. Trim ends.
15. Add the top loop of the link of the pendant to create a pendant necklace with the two large lampwork beads to the front or use remove the pendant for a five-strand necklace with the large lampwork beads at the back with the clasp.
