Level Of Difficulty: Advanced
1. Cut 4” length of 26g wire. Set aside.
2. Cut 2 – 12” lengths of 26g wire.
3. Bring 12” wires together, place round nose pliers at center of wire, bend wires down and pinch together forming an open loop.
4. Using 4” length of wire, form 4 wrapped coils around wires at base of loop. Trim short ends.
5. Find left and right side wires (wires 1 and 4) and bend both wires up.
6. Bring 2 center wires down (wires 2 and 3), string bead, move bead up, and bend the centers up.
7. Wrap left side wire 1 around bead to center. Wrap right side wire 4 around bead to center. Pinch wires together (these wires have now become the center 2 wires.)
8. String bead on center strands, move bead up, bend the left & right side center wires up.
9. Repeat step 7.
10. Repeat steps 8-9 to desired length minus 1 bead (you can check the length side on a ring mandrel.)
11. Last bead – String bead on center wires, bring left side wire around bead and coil around center wires 4 times. Trim end.
12. Bring right side wire around bead, take wire and coil around center wire 2 times. Trim end.
13. Pass center wires through loop and coil around loop 4 times. Repeat on other side. Trim ends.
14. To straighten ring, place on a ring mandrel.
