55” brown 3-ply waxed linen cording

Tools:
Beadalon classic nipper tool (JTNIP1)

Time: 45 minutes

Level Of Difficulty:
Beginner to Intermediate

Tip: You can substitute waxed linen cording for silk cord, S Lon thread, or cord of your choice. Be sure to make sure cording is not thin, it should have some girth to it.

Easy To Follow DIY Instructions

1. Cut 55” of cording.
2. Fold cording in half, string front of pendant, and form a lark’s head knot.
3. Bring strands together, string carved cowrie shell flower, and form an overhand knot.
4. Separate strands – Left side – String brown dyed shell oval and form an overhand knot. Repeat 16 times.
5. Repeat step 4 on other side of necklace.
6. Bring strands together, form and overhand knot.
7. Trim ends and fray.
